That is not how we operate.
I (Alex) read every single email that comes through this site. Whether you are a new host with a burning question, a software founder wanting a review, or a reader who found a typo, I appreciate you reaching out.
However, because I manage 12 properties and run this site, I have to be efficient. Please read the guidelines below to ensure your message gets to the right place (and gets a fast response).
🛑 Before You Email: The "Fast Track" FAQ
90% of the emails I receive are answered in these articles. Check them first—it's faster than waiting for a reply!
Q: "Which pricing tool should I use?" A: If you have 1 property, start with PriceLabs. If you want hands-off, use Beyond. Read the full Pricing Tool Comparison.
Q: "How do I get more direct bookings?" A: You need a Channel Manager with a website builder. I recommend Hostaway.
Q: "Can you review my Airbnb listing?" A: I do not offer free listing audits. I do offer paid consulting (see below).
Q: "Do you accept guest posts?" A: Yes, but we are extremely picky. See the "Write for Us" section below.
