Most "Contact Us" pages are black holes. You send an email, and it disappears into the void.

That is not how we operate.

I (Alex) read every single email that comes through this site. Whether you are a new host with a burning question, a software founder wanting a review, or a reader who found a typo, I appreciate you reaching out.

However, because I manage 12 properties and run this site, I have to be efficient. Please read the guidelines below to ensure your message gets to the right place (and gets a fast response).
